    Health is really an important thing.If we love PPOMO,we should consider that for her.When I hear PPOMO's heartbeat,I think it's a little fast.Normally,it suggests that PPOMO is not good at sports.

    Beseides,exercise makes people feel better about themselves,and makes us easier to be happy.And it can make PPOMO even more beautiful msn031.gif

    I also noticed that PPOMO doesn't have a regular schedual about eating and resting.I understand that she has a lot of things to do.We should do something for her.

    I have some ideas for PPOMO.She can make some ASMR videos about things like promenade or yoga,and make sports videos on her GAME&LIFE channel.She can wear a mask sometimes.

    >it can make PPOMO even more beautiful
    Are you saying she's not beautiful enough for you? Because she's a Goddess; regardless of what she looks like. She's too beautiful for this world. I love her.

    You misunderstood me...She's my goddess too.What I was saying is,she is already very beautiful now,even though she could be better.

    eeh?

    Being a person not willing to go outside much, I’ve tried different sports, like jogging, fencing, airsoft… The most fun was cycling. But even it got boring the next year.

    I’d want to recommend kettlebelling. It’s perfect for everyone – takes only a little space to keep it, but helps to train basically every part of the body – back, six pack, arms and legs. I’ve found a fitness video, so you could see what are the exercies https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2waVex8EUfc

    I do kettlebelling for several months and personally find it wonderful. So here is what I personally find good about them:

    • A small kettlebell that lays near my table always reminds me, that I can take it whenever I feel like it. Its small size makes me want to play with it. Hm, yes, ‘to play’ would be the correct word here – though it’s kinda heavy, but look how I swing it! Ha-ha. Completely different from large apparatuses resembling torture devices – they kill any desire to use them when you throw a glance at them. I remmeber my own thoughts: ‘Better next time’ and ‘But my chair is more comfy than that plank…’
    • I have problems with my heart and being glued to the monitor only makes it worse. Exercies with a kettlebell make the blood run! And, what I like the most, is that I can sit and rest whenever I want – I’m at home! Actually, without kettlebells I wouldn’t be able to walk even 1km without my heart pounding hard and blood pressure rising.

    If you would like to start, you will probably think ‘But what weight should I buy?’. The answer is – as many kg/lb as you can lift with one hand five times. For example:

    1. fill three plastic bottles, 1L each, with water and put them in a plastic bag;
    2. stand up;
    3. take the bag and lift it so your fist would be on the level of shoulders
    4. lift the bag all the way up
    5. back to the shoulder
    6. and do this five times. If 3L is too much, remove one and repeat. If it’s too light, add more weight. 1L of water ≈1kg.

    If you find yourself comfortable with, say, 5L, I’d recommend buying your first kettlebell 1–2 kg LESSER weight (that is, 3 or 4 kg). If finances are not the problem, I’d also recommend buying another one, 1–2 kg HEAVIER than your comfortable weight. It’s for muscles to learn faster – if you feel, that you’re doing exercises clumsily (and it’s normal), that’s because muscles do not use optimal moves/angles/speed. In order to wake them up for you, you have to make the task of lifting harder, make it competitive for the body. So doing exercices with lesser weight will give you a starter boost your shaper from whatever your current state is to some good shape; and bigger weight will help you to clearly feel your mistakes and correct your own moves, which will help you to do exercises without losing your precious energy to unnecessary/wrong moves. If everything goes right, you will abandon your basic (first) kettlebell and switch to the bigger one in a couple of months. Then you decide, if you want to keep doing exercises with what you have or those weights look silly. I know there are kettlebells for every possible weight.

    Hope you will find this helpful, kettlebelling is fun.
